our process & guidelines

  1. We request as much information as possible from the village requesting a borehole (pictures, videos, interviews).
  2. We do not go through government agencies.
  3. We don’t drill a borehole at anyone’s yard, plot, or farm.
  4. We don’t drill a borehole for one village but for a community of villages
  5. We drill in a central location accessible to everyone, and we negotiate with local leaders for no man’s land.
  6. We access the NEED- meaning we learn how people are currently getting their water: where is the water coming from? how far away is the source? and are there any boreholes or sufficient water sources nearby?
  7. Once pictures and videos are received, we send our representative to authenticate the NEED and talk to villagers.
  8. Once these initial steps are completed and local officials have given us a green light, we then work with the drilling company to schedule a drill & borehole installation.
