Stephen Maswela

Steve is a Native Zimbabwean; born to a huge family, grew up and currently lives in Zimbabwe with family. 

He works for a top and leading Beverage manufacturing company in Zimbabwe for more than 25years. He held different positions over the years, Salesman, Admin Supervisor and Procurement Manager. 

He is also very involved with the local community and church as one of the long-term elders. In the community, he helps identify people with disabilities, mobilize the church to provide for the needs of the identified people.

Steve is Drill4life Project Manager and Coordinator on the ground who ensures that all projects and sites are identified, verified, law of the land is followed, Communicates challenges and progress with contractors and Drill4life Board of Directors, etc. 

Steve’s vision is to continue serving the community and working with the people with disabilities. After retirement, he wants to continue providing free services to organizations that provide services to people with disabilities. He already started the ball rolling by enrolling for Social Service Studies with Red Cross. 

Steve holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the Institute of Marketing Management, Supervisory Development, Certificate & Diploma in Purchasing & Supply from Institute Of Purchasing & Supply (CIPs).
